Honey Sugar Scrub
Honey has antiseptic and antibiotic properties, plus 18 amino acids and an array of vitamins and minerals. Applied topically, its useful for healing wounds and moisturizing the skin.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
Warm a jar of honey in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes runny but not too hot to the touch. Stir in oil and sugar. Mix well. Step into the shower and turn on the water. Get completely wet. Turn off the shower. You don't want to do this while the shower's running or you'll wash off the scrub before you get the full effect. Place some of the mixture in your palms and massage it in a circular motion all over your body. Rinse off in the shower.
